Our state-of-the-art systems are periodically perfected to always face the most difficult challenges and create special applications. We produce resistant and safe laminates for high added value packaging.

Our hybrid plants are able to vary production processes thanks to different technologies. For example, we can perform the coupling with or without the use of solvent or water. This latter solution can be used for the coupling of paper and film and allows, in the recycling phase, to easily separate the two layers of film. We can apply cold seal adhesives for the packaging of heat-perishable products (ice creams, snacks, etc.) and combine, with solvents, packaging intended for very challenging applications, such as single-dose food condiments, wet wipes and laminates intended for pasteurization or sterilization.

We create tactile effects such as matte satin finishes in register print or paper look effect in register print. With this type of process, it is possible to enhance the packaging and increase its shelf appeal even with simple artwork with few colours.

Our modern 4.0 management systems allow a capillary control of the raw materials used. Suppliers are subjected to strict selection protocols, as required by ISO and BRC certifications.

Latest generation spectrophotometers allow colour control to ensure that the mixing of the pigments used for printing is always in DeltaE, a number conventionally used to indicate the degree of correspondence of a colour with its target.

We check the printing from the first to the last meter to ensure the best possible result of each packaging. Accurate linear cameras and powerful software are able to match the approved master with the rest of the production. Our 4.0 business monitoring system ensures the delivery of compliant and ready-to-use packs.

Micro-holes applied with controlled section, hidden inside the graphics, allow applications such as the packaging of fresh fruit or frozen foods to be heated in microwaves. The laser allows to create peel and reseal packages, with any opening profile, to engrave codes, traceability elements in register print on the packages. In all cases, we provide a "special" and customized reel, ready to use for the packer, who only has to carry out the sealing and filling of the package.

With our modern systems, we can enhance the packs obtained by lamination, for example by coupling paper and plastic or paper and naturflex. We are able to create windows of any shape and in any position. The packer has to carry out only the heat-sealing of the bag and the filling as the reel will already have all the necessary pluses.

Our cutting department is fully automated for the last production step before shipping. Traceability, safety and maximum productivity further raise the quality standards required by the BRC certification in order to meet the requirements of the most demanding markets, such as the pharmaceutical industry.

We are able to provide pre-formed bags for the packaging of products for food, beverage, pet food, cosmetics and pharma sectors, offering a wide range of structures both multi-material and mono-material, different shapes (standard, rounded corners and customized shapes) and various accessories (zips, valves, euro-holes, spouts, caps, resealable labels, etc.).

We make shrink sleeves starting from the study of the container on which to apply the label. We guide the customer in choosing the most suitable film to use based on the different shrink curves. Together with him, we evaluate the possible finishes that can be used based on the artwork and the deformation areas, from glossy and matt paints to cold foils. We can make tubulars with semi-perimeters (layflat) from 19 mm up to 600 mm, with thicknesses from 20 µm to 100 µm nd apply solvent to close the tubular with both needle and felt. We are able to apply longitudinal and / or transverse perforations for an easy opening or complete removal of the sleeve from the container.

The manufacturing phases of the stretch sleeves are similar to those of the shrink sleeves: we proceed with the study of the application and the container for the choice of the most suitable materials, from the traditional to the most sophisticated, which allows them to be used even on the most elaborate shapes. We produce tubes from 60 mm to 435 mm in layflat on white or transparent supports. We can apply transversal pre-cuts, single-piece cuts and dies of any shape only in certain areas of the sleeve.
