Recyclable monomaterial packaging

  • PP and PE base
  • ALU free high barrier laminates
  • zip, spout and caps will be recyclable together with the bag

Paper-based recyclable packaging

  • Thanks to the proper design of paper weights, thickness of plastic films and type of adhesive used for lamination, we developed a laminated recyclable paper packaging according to UNI 11743:2019 and Aticelca® 501:2019 Evaluation System.
  • Film available for ATM barrier
  • Possibility to customize the film with printing up to 9 colors, through high quality prints using ecological water-based links.

Separable and reciclable packaging

  • possibility of easily separating, after use, the paper layer from the plastic layer to be disposed of separately, to also meet the recycling regulations of other countries

Compostable and biodegradable packaging

  • they are obtained from raw materials of renewable origin and do not include components of fossil origin
  • drastically reduce greenhouse gas emissions that contribute to global warming and climate change
  • raw materials certified according to the European standard UNI EN ISO 13432

Our innovative and eco-sustainable solution for the labels sector

Shrink sleeve

  • “floatable” sleeve: the label, having a <1 density, is easily separable by their floating and allows the recovery of PET bottles within the sorting cycle
  • removable sleeves
  • labels produced from recycled raw material
  • use of reduced thicknesses (even over 50%) compared to those currently on the market, making use of “accompanied” application technologies that we can make available to customers as they are made in the same family business

Stretch sleeve

Stretch sleeves can easily fit into containers of different shapes and, in addition to the striking aesthetics, they are also eco-sustainable. Stretch sleeves do not need adhesives or heat to be applied; to adapt to the shape of the container they rely only on their elastic properties.

Their strengths compared to standard shrink sleeve technology:

  • cost saving up to 50%
  • reduced consumption of plastic
  • no use of glues, adhesives or heat in application is needed
  • the label can be removed easily and cleanly from the container
