The most rigorous controls are implemented in the laboratory in order to ensure stability in productivity within the various processes. The quality control systems built in to the printing machines send production reports to the laboratory to enable analysis and the correction of any faults that have occurred.
These allow the physical-chemical properties of the raw materials, semi-processed and finished products to be controlled, as well as identifying any samples to be faithfully reproduced.
This enables the levels of global and specific migration levels of the finished products to be identified and quantified.
Digital welding with hot tack and, specifically, with a dynamometer interfaced with a processor, enables the measurement of: the delamination seal, the welding seal, the slipperiness and tensile strength of the semi-processed and finished products.
This is achieved by means of a permeability meter and by measuring surface characteristics with an abrasion meter, which complete the range of the company’s control equipment.
